Excellent location just minutes from the main square.
I faced significant issues with the hot water supply during my stay, which was frustrating, especially with early morning tours. It took too long for the water to reach my room, making it hard to prepare for my day trips. Additionally, the noise from early morning pickups was quite disruptive, significantly impacting my overall comfort.

ready to assist with any request. I particularly enjoyed the ample breakfast options that catered to various tastes. However, minor inconveniences included some street noise early in the morning and the absence of an elevator.

Everything felt clean and fresh in the Standard Triple Room. The staff, especially Henry and Sheila, made my stay special with their helpfulness and warmth. The bathroom sparkled, and the beds had lovely sheets. Breakfast had a nice variety, including fresh juices and a choice of cereals, which was perfect for early mornings. The location, just a short walk from the Plaza de las Armas, made getting around easy. However, noise from early morning pickups was a bit disruptive. Also, the room felt cramped with three people, which made it less comfortable at times. I appreciate the cleanliness and service, but a bit more space would enhance the experience.

It was just a commendable fit for a couple of nights in Cusco with value for money. The staff were super helpful, even arranging a private taxi for us at a great rate to explore local sites. Get a room with windows to avoid noise from early pickups.

Family with children well taken care of
The staff was really good. One time, I found myself feeling a bit weak from the altitude, and they brought me coca tea right to my room. Another time, Fernando helped carry our heavy bags all the way up the stairs with a smile
It wasn't cheap but still acceptable for what we got.
